Savant Receives Multiple Awards
Savant, a world leader in smart home technology, and our premium home automation platform here at Jackson Hole A/V, walked away with a slew of awards from the recent CEDIA Expo in Denver.
Savant was recognized with four prestigious awards for its significant, innovative contributions to the luxury smart home market. These products have evolved the elite smart home experience for home owners on a grand scale. The award recipients at this year’s event were chosen by a panel of judges of home technology professionals.
“Savant is honored to have been recognized by the AV industry at CEDIA Expo 2019,” said Savant CEO Bob Madonna, in an official statement. “The response to our many new products at the show combined with these awards help validate the company’s commitment to evolve and enhance the smart home experience for both the integrator and the end-user.”
One of Savant’s most visually stunning innovations, it’s no surprise that Savant TrueImage was awarded with a CEDIA Hall of Fame Award. Truelmage allows home owners to control their home’s lighting with any Savant control system interface from a photographic image of the room. Users merely touch a light to turn it on, off, or dim it. This latest award comes in a long line of Hall of Fame recognition. In 2016, Savant was honored for the Savant Pro Host, and in 2017, the Savant System 12 received recognition for breaking new ground.
Savant’s Breaker Companion Modules received a CEDIA best new product award for their unprecedented ability to offer the home owner control of energy and lighting with dynamic control throughout the home, built-in utility-grade energy monitoring, and data on historical energy usage. The modules, along with the Dynamic Load Management features, make it possible to manage energy use at the individual load level throughout the house. They are developed to fit standard electrical panels, for seamless, uncomplicated installation. They’re also compatible with Apple HomeKit.
The Breaker Companion Modules also received a CE Pro BEST Award as a noteworthy new product.
Savant’s IP-based integration with Apple TV earned a CEDIA Best of Show award. This functionality is one of the most requested features for this product by both integrators and consumers. This functionality allows smart home owners to intuitively control media player commands. With the Savant Pro Remote’s voice engine, home owners can use Siri to employ push-to-talk voice control. Savant clients can now tell Siri to find a movie, a playlist, a streaming service, and a lot more.
