Cameras designed to disappear. We install 4K surveillance cameras, including Luma, placed to cover what matters without dominating the architecture. Remote viewing works from any device, motion alerts tell you when something happens, and smart recording lets you look back at what you missed.
Access control at every entry. PDK and 2N IP-based access control puts every door on the same system. Give guests a code that works for the length of their stay and stops when they leave; give housekeepers, caretakers, and contractors their own access; and with cameras at the entry points, see who's coming and going in real time. Receiving a delivery while you're away? Open the door or garage remotely, and close it again when it's done.
Part of the whole house. Cameras and access control live in the same Savant, Control4, or Josh.ai system that runs your lighting, shades, and climate — so they're in the same app, not another one to learn. Surveillance is integrated with lighting for presence scenes, so the house can look lived-in on a schedule while you're away. And while we don't install alarm systems, we integrate with them: a security system installed by others can be armed, disarmed, and checked from the same touch panels and app.

Supported by a local team. Our remote monitoring watches the system itself around the clock and often fixes issues before you notice them. When something needs hands, it's our local team that shows up — with 24/7 support for our clients, holidays included.

What is access control? A system that manages who can open which doors, and when. We install PDK and 2N IP-based access control, so every entry is on one system — with codes you can give and take away without handing out keys.
Can guests and staff have their own access? Yes. Guests can get a code that works for their stay and stops when they leave, and housekeepers, caretakers, and contractors can each have their own access.
Do you install security systems? We don't install alarm systems, but we integrate with them.
