If we built it. When a home we've worked on sells, we fit the system to the new owners and adjust the programming to the way they live. We're happy to keep working with our projects — the house doesn't lose its support just because it has a new owner.
If someone else built it. No matter who installed your system, we can support it. We take over, reprogram, upgrade, and maintain Savant, Control4, Lutron, and audio systems installed by other companies throughout Jackson Hole and the surrounding valleys. Because we carry both Savant and Control4, we rarely have to recommend tearing out a working control system.
Bring it up to date. A new owner is often the right moment for updates. Technology doesn't stand still, so we upgrade and expand systems as it evolves — from an enterprise-grade network and Wi-Fi that holds up when the whole family lands, to adding motorized shades or lighting control. If the house still runs on LiteTouch, which was discontinued, we convert it to Lutron HomeWorks — a migration, not a rewire.
